Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience working in the translation/localization industry to join our team in Krakow.

The ideal candidate should have experience working as an independent Senior Project Manager, been responsible for maintaining and developing relations with clients as well as dealing with quality issues and client complaints.

We are looking for a person who will not require extensive training in localization project management, and that could quickly grasp the new role after an introduction to our procedures and workflows.

 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in the translation/localization industry as a Project Manager (experience servicing clients with a successful record, budgeting projects, measuring profitability, scheduling projects, managing teams on the project level, independently running big projects)
• University degree
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize under pressure
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Translation industry knowledge
• Ability to understand and exceed the customers’ expectations
• Ability to communicate clearly and objectively in a way that builds strong professional relationships
• Excellent computer literacy skills; knowledge about CAT tools is a must
