Assistant in the Translation Project Management Department

Position Summary

Argos Multilingual is one of the world’s leading language service providers headquartered in the majestic city of Kraków, Poland. Our team is expanding and we are looking for an Assistant in the Translation Project Management department.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in administrative tasks
  • Contacting internal and external suppliers with regards to project planning
  • Handling small translation/localization projects independently

Requirements

  • Higher education or last year of studies
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, ability to quickly start using new applications
  • Good organizational skills
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in business client services in an international environment
  • Fluency in another foreign language, preferably German
  • Knowledge of computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools
